(8/23)Welcome Reception

Starts at 17:30 at cafeteria "Forico" at Kurokami south campus, Kumamoto University. ​
Light meals and drinks are provided.​

(8/24)Banquet

Starts at 18:30 at Hotel Nikko Kumamoto (Room Amakusa, 5th floor).
We go to the hotel by charter buses together from conference venue.
For those who have extra banquet tickets or those who go to the hotel directly,
please come to the 5th floor of the hotel before 18:15.

(8/25)Social Program Session

Attendees who already registered social program in the online registration, or those who have extra tickets can join the social program.
Buses will arive at 9:10am at chartered bus stop in Sakuramachi Bus Terminal.
We will leave Sakuramachi Bus Terminal at 9:30am for Aso Geopark by buses and attendees can have informal discussions on circuits and systems.
After the session, the buses will bring you to Kumamoto Airport and Sakura machi around 4pm to 5pm (arrival time would fluctuate if traffic jam occurs).

Bus will be scheduled to arrive at Kumamoto Airport around 4 PM.

Dear social program attendees of TJCAS 2024

Please let us know by July 31st if you need (1),(2) below:

(1) Extra tickets for social program

Currently, the extra seats are available and extra social program ticket is 10,000 yen. You can pay the fee at the conference site. If your family prefer to join the social program to Aso Geopark, please let us know the number of necessary extra tickets by July 31st to the e-mail.

(2) Bus arriving at Kumamoto Airport around 4PM
